Fiber Artspace is a fiber art studio and gallery in the home of Laurie Brainerd and Chuck Wigginton located in San Antonio's home for contemporary art  - Blue Star Arts Complex. 

The gallery is open First Friday and the Thursday before, Friday's noon-6pm, and occasionally a Sunday. 

The space is in "gallery mode" First Friday weekend when the living room and  studio furniture are tucked into the bedroom and the space is transformed into an open gallery.  Art is still completely viewable during "studio mode" when the furniture returns, as it occupies the center part of the room.

Fiber artists interested in exhibiting their work are encouraged to contact Laurie in March 2009.
